Every campsite at King For A Day puts you close to the Klutina River. Some are steps from the water. All include access to hot showers, laundry, free RV sani-dump, and the kind of Alaskan scenery that makes you forget you’re at a campground.
We accommodate everything from a solo tent to a 40-foot rig. Pick the site type that fits your setup, and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of. All sites are based on 4-person occupancy.
We have tent sites ranging from secluded, wooded spots to open sites right on the river. Each site includes shower and laundry access. Additional tents are $15/night each (bug screens and canopies excluded from additional tent fees).
Have an RV but don’t need hookups? Our dry sites give you a level pad and easy access to the river, showers, and laundry. Some dry sites sit directly on the riverbank. Additional tents $15/night.
15-amp electric hookups for RVs or any camper that needs power. These sites don’t include water or septic, but you’ll have everything else you need. Tents are welcome at electric sites. Shower and laundry access included. Additional tents $15/night.
Our water and electric sites are some of the closest to the river. 30-amp hookups plus running water. No septic. Shower and laundry access included. Additional tents $15/night.
Our premium sites include electric (30-amp and standard 120V), water, and septic hookups. Located near the showers and laundry, these sites fit most 30–40+ foot rigs with room to spare. Still a short walk to the river. Additional tents are not permitted at full-hookup sites.
All campsite stays include access to hot showers, laundry facilities (coin-operated), free RV sani-dump station, and rentable freezer space available. Free for Charter clients. Firewood is available for purchase at the office. Free WiFi is available.
Check-in is at 1:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM. A non-refundable first-night deposit is required to hold your reservation. If you need to cancel, we require at least 2 weeks’ notice. Dogs are welcome as long as they’re leashed and picked up after. Full campground rules are available on our Campground Overview page.
Whether you’re rolling in with a 40-foot rig or pitching a tent for the weekend, your campsite is just steps from the Klutina.
